Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Vegan.Design.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are always here to help resolve any issues.
Returns and Exchanges:
For orders within the continental United States, if you are not satisfied with any of our products excluding: Food products, beauty and body care, or any hygiene products (these are products are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund) simply return it along with it’s original receipt.
Eligibility for Returning an Item:
· Item must be sent back in it’s original, undamaged package.
· Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
· All tags need to be intact in it’s original condition, especially shoes that can be tried in an indoor clean environment.
· If you need to exchange any item, the customer must pay for the cost of shipping. These measures are taken to protect our quality products and valued customers.
Refunds:
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you via email, on the status of your return.
Once the refund has been approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, or a store credit, at your choice.
Please allow 2- 3 weeks for the refund to appear on your future credit card statement.
For all orders outside the continental United States, the policy is the same as within the Continental US orders.
The customer is fully responsible for any shipping costs, excluding these cases:
1. Damaged items received.
2. Defective items received.
3. Wrong items received.
Shipping:
All shipping costs for return products will be paid by the customer, excluding damaged, defective items received or wrong items received.
